Peregrine OS
Provider Training Guide
Everything you need to manage your visits.

This guide walks you through Peregrine OS — the platform you use to view your schedule, join visits, and book appointments for patients. Keep it handy for your first few weeks.

01   Overview

Peregrine OS is the scheduling platform for managing patient appointments across behavioral health visits.

Every visit — whether the patient joins from home or comes in to the clinic — uses Zoom. The Zoom link for each appointment is always available in the appointment detail view. You do not need to create or manage Zoom rooms; they are generated automatically for each booking.

Your schedule, your patients' bookings, and the tools to manage them are all in one place.

02   Logging In

Navigate to your Peregrine Health login link and enter your work email and password.

Both Remote and Clinic visits use Zoom. The Zoom link is always available in the appointment detail, regardless of visit type.

05   Scheduling a Visit

Use Scheduling to book any type of appointment — intakes, follow-ups, medication management, and more.

Setting your filters

Both Remote and Clinic visits use Zoom. Remote means the patient joins from home. Clinic means they come in to the clinic in person.

Selecting a time slot

Available slots load as green pills once all filters are set

Once all filters are set, available time slots load as green pills organized by day. Click any slot to begin the booking.

Timezones: Slots display in the timezone shown in the selector. Arizona (MST) does not observe daylight saving time — confirm the correct timezone when booking patients in other time zones.

Booking the appointment

Book appointment form

3
Complete any remaining required fields — first name, last name, date of birth, and at least one of phone or email.
4
Confirm the Patient's timezone is correct.
5
Click Book appointment to confirm.

06   Booking Lookup

Find any existing patient appointment by MRN, name, phone, or date of birth.

Booking Lookup page

Useful before a visit to confirm a patient's scheduled time or retrieve their BKNG code.

07   Clinic Schedule

View appointments that patients have booked through the clinic kiosk.

Clinic Schedule shows what is coming in to the clinic without needing to search by patient. Use it to see the day's kiosk-booked appointments at a glance.

08   Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from providers getting started with Peregrine OS.

Login & Access

I cannot log in. What should I do?
Contact your Peregrine support contact. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click Forgot Password? on the login screen and follow the prompts. If you continue to have trouble, contact your Peregrine support contact.
My account is locked. Who do I contact?
Reach out to your Peregrine support contact directly. Account issues cannot be resolved through the platform.

Scheduling & Booking

I do not see any available time slots. What is wrong?
Make sure all four filters are selected — Organization, Patient Location, Visit Type, and Provider. Slots will not load until all filters are set. If filters are set and no slots appear, there may be no availability for that combination.
The patient's details did not auto-fill when I entered their MRN.
The patient may not yet be in the system. Fill in their details manually — first name, last name, date of birth, and at least one of phone or email are required.
I selected the wrong time slot. Can I go back?
Close the booking form and select a different slot. Your selection is not confirmed until you click Book appointment.
What is the difference between Remote and Clinic?
Remote means the patient joins the visit from home via Zoom. Clinic means they come in to the clinic in person. Both visit types use Zoom — the difference is where the patient is physically located.
Which visit type should I select?
Select the visit type that matches the clinical purpose of the appointment. Visit type also sets the slot duration, so selecting the correct type ensures the right time is blocked.

Zoom & Visits

Where do I find the Zoom link for my appointment?
Click the appointment block on your Provider Schedule. The detail view shows the Zoom link for every visit — both Remote and Clinic.
My Zoom link is not working. What should I do?
Try clicking the link again from the appointment detail. If the issue persists, contact your Peregrine support contact before the scheduled visit time.
Do clinic patients also use Zoom?
Yes. All visits use Zoom regardless of whether the patient is attending remotely or in the clinic.
Can I join a visit from my phone?
Yes. The Zoom link in the appointment detail will open the Zoom app on your phone if it is installed. Ensure you have Zoom downloaded before your first visit.
